As of the same date, the Company's wholly owned subsidiary was Mackply Industries (Pvt) Ltd, which was involved in the production and sale of plywood products. The Company also had investment in one jointly controlled entity, AEN Palm Oil Processing (Pvt) Ltd., as well as two associates, namely Mackwoods Rubber Products (Pvt) Ltd. and Taprospa Resorts (Pvt) Ltd.
